Daily email reminders for your Delicious bookmarks.
So you want to know more? Good.
A little more why.
Using Delicious is great for tagging items you want to read about or add to your blog. If you're anything like me though, you tag these items and then forget to go back to them. I created Tookmark as a way to put those items in my inbox, the one place I'm always sure to check. That way I no longer forget to go back and read that great article I came across earlier in the day.
A little more how.
Tookmark reads your public RSS feed and sends you an email with the last 25 links for each tag you specify. The emails are delivered at 6 p.m. EST and come from yourlinks@tookmark.com (be sure to whitelist this email address to make sure it gets through spam filters).
There is no username or password to remember. To change the tags you want to be reminded about or cancel your account, just click on the link in the email. If you want to change your email address, just cancel your current account and start a new.
Tookmark caches your email so that it only sends you an email if something has changed in your links. If you haven't added, removed or changed any of the links with the tags you specified, you won't receive another email until you do.
And a few terms.
Tookmark is a service provided as is. It is not affiliated with Delicious in any way. It is a side project created and maintained by one person, Matthew Carlson, and as such may not be updated as frequently as you like or have all of the features that you want. If you are experiencing problems or would like to make suggestions on how to make Tookmark better, send them this way. I welcome your feedback.
If you sign up for the service, I'll assume you're interested in things that are related to Tookmark, such as new features and ideas or changes in the terms or service. When I have items like that to announce, you'll receive an additional email or an announcement will be included in your daily email reminders. Of course, these terms may change at any time.
